I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone who works for ServiceMaster are so professional, nice, and supportive. They came in quickly and started immediately, minimizing my damage. Paul the project manager is always available to talk to me no matter when I call him. He answers all my questions no matter what I have asked him he will or get me the answers I need . He is honest and has been accurate with every estimate. Every trade person he has send over I’m am completely confident they are going to do a great job and they do. He is also hands on. He comes out to check and make sure it is right. In these times when bad things happen it seems intensified, but I can honestly say dealing with ServiceMaster I have never had a bad moment. Their professionalisms and kindness has really be appreciated. I know I’m in great hands.

While a little challenging to get help set up (someone to call me back and for someone to make the initial visit to my home) - once Service Master staff arrived each every member of your team that I had the pleasure to deal with was great.
